Art has been a driving force at SKKR & Associates since 1982, playing a pivotal role in the company’s success over the past four decades. As CEO, he oversees operations & manages all financial responsibilities while providing leadership to a team of over 60 employees. Over the course of his 43-year career, he has personally managed more than $1 billion in sales volume, reflecting his deep expertise, strategic mindset, and unwavering commitment.

Throughout his tenure, he has led major account relationships across a diverse range of retailer channels, including Hardware Co-Ops, DIY, Wholesale Clubs, Mass Merchants, Department Stores, Specialty & Catalog, Farm, Appliance, and Independents. His experience spans multiple departments within these channels—such as Hardware, Lawn & Garden, Outdoor Living, Housewares, Paint, Automotive, Electrical, Plumbing, and Outdoor Power. His proven ability to build strong, lasting partnerships has made him a cornerstone of the business.

A proud 1982 graduate of Ripon College, he remains passionate about fostering connections—whether in the professional world or with his growing family. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, boating, and grilling, especially when surrounded by his four children and four grandchildren.
