Partnership with SKKR
SKKR began representing B&G Foods in 2020 and has since managed and sold B&G products across the hardware co-op, farm supply, and distributor channels. One of the many key brands within this partnership for SKKR is Weber Seasonings, which aligns well with SKKR’s long history of representing Weber-Stephen Products. In addition to driving sales, SKKR actively supports promotion by incorporating B&G seasonings and rubs into grilling demonstrations and other retailer events, helping to increase brand visibility and engagement with customers. At a corporate level, SKKR is responsible for the development of corporate warehouse programs, the planning and execution of B&G Foods’ trade show presence, promotions, and overall product support.

About B&G Foods
Headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey, B&G Foods owns more than 50 well-known food brands sold across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, and is recognized for its strategy of growing through the acquisition of trusted, long-standing food labels. B&G Foods traces its roots back to 1889, when Joseph Bloch and Julius Guggenheimer began selling pickles and relishes in New York City under the Bloch & Guggenheimer (B&G) name. Over time, the company grew from its local pickle business into a food company built on acquiring and revitalizing established brands. In 1996, B&G Foods Holdings Corp. was formed, and the company began expanding its portfolio over the years with iconic names such as Weber seasonings, Green Giant, Ortega, Cream of Wheat, and Mrs. Dash. Two major milestones came in 2015 with B&G obtaining a licensing agreement under the Weber Seasonings brand with Weber-Stephen Products and also the acquisition of the Green Giant brand from General Mills.
